We view properties before they come onto the market and even before other buyers. We also have access to ‘off market’ properties through our extensive network that you’ll never hear about without the right contacts. This access can be imperative to the success of the search.

Our founder Mark Steers, as well as the majority of the team, were estate agents in a previous life working for some of the UK’s leading estate agencies. We are well aware of the ‘tricks of the trade’ used by estate agents to sell houses and will use those tactics to your advantage.

Once you give us your brief and become a client, we won’t work with anyone else who has the same search criteria as you. This guarantees that there won’t be a conflict of interest and you’ll be the only client, and the first in line, to be offered the properties that we shortlist.

WE'RE READY TO ACT 7 DAYS A WEEK.

We’re committed to offering a complete service which is why we’re available 7 days a week, and allow for ‘out of hours’ access for clients on different time zones. Each team member also only works with 2-3 clients at any one time, which ensures that we won’t be stretched too thinly and can be ready to act at a moment’s notice.

It takes a long time to get the full picture of what’s on the market and what represents good value, especially in such a diverse and ever changing property market such as the UK’s. We monitor the market on a daily basis so you don’t have to, pulling data from various news sites and industry leaders to get a complete picture of the property market.

We use SWOT analysis to compare properties, and will pull data from various sources to obtain as much information as possible for every shortlisted property. You can have peace of mind that we’ve explored all avenues, enabling you to feel confident that you’re buying the right property, in the right area at the best possible price.
