Many of our clients have property interests globally and prefer to have one expert deal with all of their property purchases. We traverse foreign property markets with the same tried and tested methods we use in the UK. Our network of international contacts assists us in accessing the most sought after, and often off market, properties in all of the key hotspots around the globe.

We meet & understand

During this free consultation we’ll create a focused brief detailing all of your requirements. The more information you can give us at this stage, the better chance we’ll have at selecting the most suitable properties straight away. If you’re unsure of which part of the world to commence searching in, we will carry out extensive research and due diligence to determine where’s best to start.

 

We’ll advise you on current market conditions and if you’re looking for an investment property, we’ll research to ascertain what rental yields are possible and which areas are most stable and offer the best capital growth. By really getting to grips with your requirements your involvement in the search process is kept to a minimum, whilst we do the legwork for you.

We search & find

Armed with your brief, we conduct a proactive property search by trawling though thousands of properties. We’ll be reviewing properties that are being openly marketed as well as those that are off market which you wouldn’t have access to.

 

The strong relationships that we’ve built with our extensive network of contacts, estate agents and developers ensure that we can offer our clients access to properties before they reach the open market, as well as those that are available off-market. This access can be imperative to the success of the search as the best properties are generally sold prior to being advertised.

We shortlist & view

Once the search is complete we’ll compile a shortlist of those that best meet your requirements. Depending on the speed of the local property markets, and the search locations, we may not be able to physically view every property before shortlisting. In any case, we’ll provide you with photographs, 360 photos/walkthroughs, floor plans, sale history and rental yields for each property.

 

After reviewing the shortlist, you can then decide on which properties you’d like to view. We’ll view the shortlisted properties together and will advise you on the pros and cons of each one. We’ll also give you a tour of each area so that you get familiarised with the amenities. If your schedule is too busy for viewings, then we can discuss them further over the telephone, via email or by video call. We can even have you on video call while we ‘walk’ you through the property remotely.

We negotiate & control

After we’ve found you the perfect property, we’ll conduct all negotiations in order to secure the property for the best possible price. This is where our experience and knowledge really benefit you as in most cases we can negotiate more than enough money off the asking price to cover our fee.

 

Once your offer has been accepted and the sale has been agreed, we’ll liaise with all parties on your behalf, including estate agents, private owners, solicitors, financial advisors and surveyors. We’ll handle any problems that may arise along the way to ensure a smooth and speedy completion. Having dealt with thousands of property transactions you can feel rest assured that you have the very best representation.
