With over 40 years of combined knowledge & experience in the property market our team have been working solely on behalf of buyers and tenants since 2007. Unlike some of our competitors we are completely independent and are not owned by or are affiliated with any estate agent.
We have no stereotypical client or search brief that we work with and are able to cater for clients looking at all levels of the property market. In the past we have dealt with international buyers looking for investment properties for £500k, domestic buyers seeking family homes in excess of £10m, and developers looking for refurbishment or development opportunities.
Whatever the search criteria we work cohesively as a team for each client and are always focused on providing an honest, personal and completely client focused service. MARK STEERS - DIRECTOR
Mark has nearly 20 years of experience of the London and Surrey property markets, built through having successful careers with both large corporate and independent estate agencies. Throughout this time he amassed a wealth of contacts that have proven invaluable when sourcing off market properties for his clients.
Mark’s concentration moved to property search & acquisition back in 2007 when he set up Chancery Finch Property Finders. His dedication, attention to detail and openness is fundamental to the service that Henry Sterling offers. Mark is a professional landlord and has a unique ability of recognising the best investments for his investor clients.
OMAR BUTT - DIRECTOR
Omar’s involvement in the real estate industry dates back to 2001. He started as a trainee at a renowned estate agent in West London, before progressing to the position of a senior sales consultant. Later, Omar advised high net worth property investors at a leading property consultancy in the UAE.
After several years of counselling property investors, Omar felt that he had the experience and knowledge to offer his services independently. He now offers his advice at Henry Sterling as a director; where he guides clients to make sound property investments. Additionally, Omar contributes to the business development of Henry Sterling. Omar is a keen property investor himself and is open to share his experiences with his clients.
